I live in Cape Town South Africa with my wife Christy, and our kids Harrison and Tatum.
This site started as a Photo Blog back in 2004 and has under gone many incarnations. Previously I had separate pages for links, posts and photos, but I have now combined all three on the homepage.

What does “Rycat” mean?
In 1999 before proper jobs and children, myself and a group of friends, (including my future wife) spent two months surfing in Indonesia. Rycat is how the locals pronounced and spelt my name. It has stuck as my nickname ever since.
